Mrs. Virgie Bentley
                                  Mrs. Virgie Bentley wife of John
                                Bentley. of Sciotoville. Died about
                                five o'clock Friday evening in
                                Schirrman hospital. Death followed
                                an operation she underwent for
                                cancer Friday morning, she being
                                in a precarious condition at the
                                time.
                                  Mrs. Bentley. who was born and
                                reared in Sciotoville, was about 34
                                years of age. Her maiden name was
                                Rowley. Surviving are the husband
                                and two children, Katherine and
                                Estelene. the mother and four sisters.
                                  Mrs. Bentley was a member of
                                the Sciotoville Christian church.
                                Funeral services will be held Sunday
                                at two p. in. from the Sciotoville
                                Christian church with Rev..
                                Charles Reinhard in charge. Burial
                                will be in Rowley cemetery. east
                                of Sciotoville.
