Mont R. Evans
Funeral services are to
be
conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at
Erwin-Dodson Funeral Home
for Mont Richard Evans, 78, of
Swauger Valley-Minford road,
Sciotoville Rt. 2.
He died
Tuesday night at
Scioto Memorial Hospital, where
he was admitted Tuesday
morning.
A native of Elliott County,
Ky., Evans was a retired
Detroit Steel Corp. Portsmouth
Division turn foreman.
Surviving
are six sons, Rich-
ard Evans and Ernest Evans,
both of Sciotoville Rt. 2, David
Evans and Alva Evans, both of
Columbus and John Evans, 5704
Kentland Ave., Sciotoville and
Mont V. Evans of Chandler,
Ariz.; four sisters, Mrs.
Lottie
Bowling of Grayson, Ky., Mrs.
Yvonne Clay of Springfield,
Mrs. Frances Green, 5549 Wil-
son Ave., Sciotoville, and Mrs.
Nettie Way of Riverside Calif.;
15 grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren.
Burial is
to be in Memorial
Burial Park.

neral home.
